In November of 1994 Glenn Horst opened Texas Pride Car Wash at 3360 Cartwright Rd in Missouri City, Texas. As the years went by, the car wash became more and more popular, adding services such as windshield repair and replacement, window tinting and truck accessories.

Glenn and his manager Nick Raissis, each with more than 20 years experience in the trade decided it was time to expand the business. In April of 2003 Glenn set up another Texas Pride Car Wash on FM518 in Pearland, Texas. The new location quickly became a new success.

Glenn wasn't content to stop there. On the excess land behind the Pearland car wash he built "Texas Trucks Unlimited," a 4-bay truck accessory store. Opening in July of 2004, Texas Trucks Unlimited specializes in off-road and aftermarket truck accessories.

Texas Pride Car Washes have not forgotten the communities they are in, working with the high schools of both Missouri City and Pearland. TPCW helps in many charity affairs, sponsors sports teams and even helps the co-op students get jobs. They also support local police with free car washes for their cruisers.

Glenn and Nick are now looking for another location for a third Texas Pride Car Wash.
